PAL Norwin Off-Season Skills Training 2025-2026

Please select the appropriate division for your daughter/son. This training is open to all players that will be in the 8U age group and above in the Spring of 2026.

There will be a max of 40 participants in each division to ensure that the kids are getting as many quality reps as possible with good instruction from the volunteer coaches. Players will likely be split into smaller groups (by ages) to go through the training.

This training will consist of 12+ sessions and will be held on Saturdays from 2pm-4pm or 4pm-6pm from early December to early April.

The cost includes 12+ sessions of training and a t-shirt.

There is an Assistant Coach volunteer option and all assistants will be expected to help run the sessions with direction from the division coordinator.
